Hi Hair Bestie - I'm Cassandra Glasgow.

I’m the founder of Wig Spa Canada, and my journey to creating this business is deeply personal.

It’s a story of resilience, healing, and empowerment - one that began long before I ever imagined myself helping others through hair loss.

From a young age, I struggled with trichotillomania, which led to permanent hair loss.
I hid it from everyone - carrying years of shame, embarrassment, and silence.
No one truly understood how deeply it affected me or how much it shaped the way I saw myself.

Then in 2020, I was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer.
Losing my hair again was one of the most emotional parts of treatment.
Looking in the mirror and not recognizing myself was overwhelming - but something shifted this time.

Instead of hiding, I chose to embrace myself.
I let go of the pressure of what I was “supposed” to look like and focused on how I felt about myself.

That feeling… was empowering.

With over 25 years in hairdressing and advanced training in wig design, customization, and construction, I’ve dedicated my life to creating high-quality wigs that bring comfort, beauty, and confidence to others experiencing hair loss.

Wig Spa Canada was born from a combination of my personal journey and my professional passion.

I know what it feels like to struggle.
I know what it feels like to not recognize yourself.
And I know the power of feeling beautiful again.
