Do you offer refunds?

 

No, all sales are final. However, I always want you to be satisfied. If something isn’t right, I’m happy to work with you to find another style or offer a store credit. Customized wigs cannot be returned or exchanged.


Do you offer exchanges?

 

Yes - depending on the situation. If the wig has not been customized or altered, I may be able to offer a store credit or help you select an alternative piece.


How long does shipping take?

 

Most ready-to-ship orders are sent out in 2-4 business days.
Orders that need custom cuts, thinning, or silicone additions may take longer.
Please note: If you request photos or videos before shipping, this may delay processing time while waiting for your reply.


Do you offer free shipping?

 

Yes! Shipping within Canada is free over $150 CAD.
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.


Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Wig Spa Canada is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays caused by international border processing.

Are the wigs synthetic or human hair?

We primarily focus on high-quality synthetic wigs, with select human hair options and custom human hair orders available.


Can you customize wigs?

 

Yes! I can customize your wig with:

  • Cutting and shaping

  • Thinning

  • Adding silicone for comfort

  • Adjusting cap size

  • Installing drawstrings

  • Wig knot cover-ups

  • Bang cuts

  • Styling

 

Customized pieces are final sale.


Do synthetic wigs look natural?

 

Absolutely! High-quality synthetic fibers today look incredibly realistic. My custom cuts and styling make them even more natural and flattering.


Can I use heat on synthetic wigs?

 

Yes, but only on heat-friendly synthetic wigs. Use low heat and avoid excessive heat to prevent damage.


Do the curls come back after washing?

 

Curly synthetic wigs will retain their curl pattern as long as you wash with cool/lukewarm water and avoid heat.
If you straighten a curly wig with heat, it will stay straight.


How long do synthetic wigs last?

 

With good care, synthetic wigs typically last 6 months to years, depending on wear, friction, and styling.
Many clients extend longevity with gentle washing and silicone care.


Do you offer custom wigs or toppers?

 

Yes! You can fully customize the:

  • Comfort features

I can create them myself or have them custom-made through my supplier.

The Wig Vault

What is the Wig Vault?

 

The Wig Vault is where I list pre-loved wigs from myself or from Brenda (About You Beauty). These are pieces used for reviews or inventory that’s no longer available. All wigs are:

  • Clean

  • In excellent condition

  • Styled and customizable

  • Offered at a discounted price

  • Available “as is” or with customization added


Ambassador / Affiliate Program

How does the ambassador program work?

 

You share your unique code and earn up to 10% commission (minus product cost) on every sale while your audience gets a discount.
No minimum followers required - anyone can join.


Do I need experience to become an affiliate?

 

Not at all! You just need authenticity and a love for wigs.

How do I book a consultation?

How long is a consultation?

Most sessions last 30-60 minutes, depending on your needs.
