  • Handmade/custom pieces may have small variations

If you need more photos or videos before purchasing, feel free to request them - but note this may delay shipping while waiting for replies.

Sales Are Final

All sales are final.
No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

If you are not fully satisfied, I am always willing to work with you to find a solution, including:

  • Store credit

  • Helping you choose another wig

  • Exchanges on eligible non-customized items

Customized items cannot be exchanged.

Customized Items - Final Sale

Any wig that has been customized is final sale, including:

  • Cutting, thinning, shaping

  • Bang cuts

  • Adding silicone

  • Cap size adjustments

  • Wig knot cover-ups

  • Heat styling

  • Any alterations requested by the customer

These pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Shipping Terms

  • Free shipping in Canada over $150 CAD

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Processing times are typically 2-4 business days

  • Customization or photo requests may delay shipping

  • Once handed to the carrier, Wig Spa Canada is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages
