All sales are final, and refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Depending on the situation, I can offer:

  • An exchange for another wig

  • Help finding a better match for your needs

  • Shipping fee may apply.

Customized Wigs - Final Sale

Wigs that have been customized in any way are final sale with no returns or exchanges, including:

  • Custom cuts

  • Thinning

  • Shaping

  • Bang/fringe cutting

  • Silicone additions

  • Cap adjustments

  • Any other personalization

Customized pieces are made specifically for you, which is why they cannot be returned or exchanged.
