Our pre-loved collection offers sustainably sourced wigs that have been professionally inspected and graded. Each listing includes multiple photos, a clear condition grade, and honest notes so you know exactly what you’re buying.

All sales are final

  • No returns, no exchanges, no refunds. All Wig Vault purchases are sold as-is — this includes pre-loved listings on our website and third‑party platforms (including Weibo).
  • Why: pre-loved pieces are unique and condition varies; we provide full transparency in listings so you can buy with confidence.

How we protect buyers

  • Professional inspection: Each wig is checked in Alberta for condition, cap integrity and wear points before listing.
  • Clear condition grades: Every listing shows a grade, multiple photos, and a short condition note describing wear, repairs or alterations.
  • Detailed photos: We include at least 4 images (front, crown/part, cap underside, and side/back) and note any flaws in the description.
  • Authenticity & honesty: We describe construction, approximate length and colour as observed. If fibre type or origin is unknown, we’ll say so — never guess.

Condition guide (what the grades mean)

  • Excellent: Minimal wear, full volume, intact cap and clean lace. Ready to wear.
  • Good: Noticeable wear or light flattening, possible minor repairs or trimming; still in stable, wearable condition.
  • Fair / Needs refresh: Visible wear, may need professional refresh, restyling or minor repair before regular wear.

Before you buy — checklist

  • Read the full description and review all photos closely.
  • Check the condition grade and any notes about repairs, trims or altered caps.
  • Confirm cap size and measurements in the listing; ask for additional photos if you need them.
  • Ask about fibre type and heat tolerance if it’s important to your styling plans.

What to do if an item is materially different from the listing

  • If the wig you receive is materially not as described (not matching the listing photos or description), contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and a short description.
  • We’ll review the evidence and, if confirmed, offer a solution which may include a partial refund or store credit at our discretion. Note: this is for material misrepresentation only — normal wear described in the listing is not eligible.
