Because I’m a small business and every wig is personally inspected — and often customized — just for you:
— If any custom work has been done (haircut, alterations, or fit modifications), the wig can’t be returned or exchanged. — If your wig arrives unaltered and unworn, I’m happy to exchange it for another style from the collection — you’ll just cover the shipping. — Not sure about colour or fit before you order? Message me first. I’d rather help you choose right than see you pay for shipping twice. ♡

If Cassidy shows PRE-ORDER: Pre-orders generally take approximately 10–14 business days to arrive, depending on current supplier availability and shipping schedules.
