Because I’m a small business and every wig is personally inspected — and often customized — just for you:
— If any custom work has been done (lace cutting, haircut, or alterations), the wig can’t be returned or exchanged. — If your wig arrives unaltered and unworn, I’m happy to exchange it for another style from the collection — you’ll just cover the shipping. — Not sure about colour or fit before you order?
