Wondering what a new wig could look like on you? Our virtual wig try-on helps you explore colours, cuts and styles from home, with personal guidance from The Wig Spa Canada.
Using your selfie and photos of your selected wigs, we create three AI-assisted images to help you picture the possibilities before purchasing.

How it works
1. Purchase your Virtual Wig Try-On. 2. Email wigspacanada@gmail.com with your order number, a clear selfie and the names or links of up to three Wig Spa wigs you’re considering. 3. Include any requests for bangs, layers, a shorter length or a different cut. 4. We’ll confirm your selections, any styling requests and the expected turnaround before creating your three previews. 5. Your finished images will be emailed to you.
📧 Check your email within 24 hours - your three previews will arrive by email. Don’t see them? Check your junk or spam folder - sometimes they land there.
📱 Please note: I don’t receive email back - if I need to reach you about your previews, I’ll text you at the phone number provided with your order. Please make sure your number is correct at checkout, and keep an eye out for a text from me.

Love the colour, but want a different cut?
Tell us! We can discuss previewing a shorter length, bangs, face-framing layers or another styling idea.
Please include these requests before we begin so they can be considered within your three included previews. We’ll confirm what’s possible with the actual wig before you purchase. An AI image may show a cut, colour placement or finish that cannot be recreated exactly.
Additional previews or changes beyond the three agreed images may involve an extra fee, which will be confirmed with you first.
Getting the best selfie
Send a clear, recent photo facing the camera, with your head upright and your face evenly lit. Natural daylight works well.
Avoid beauty filters, sunglasses and hair covering your face. You do not need to remove your wig or head covering if you’re uncomfortable - we can discuss a suitable photo together.

These images are created using artificial intelligence. They are a visual guide, not an exact prediction of how a wig will look on you.
We’ll take care to create the most useful, realistic previews we can, but AI isn’t perfect. It may alter facial features, head proportions, skin tone or details of the wig. Hair colour, texture, density, parting, hairline, cut and length may appear differently from the actual product.
This service does not measure your head, confirm cap fit or guarantee an exact colour match. Lighting and screen settings also affect how colours appear.
Please use your previews alongside the original product photos, wig measurements and advice from Cass when making your choice. An exact likeness or perfect result cannot be guaranteed.
Your $15 credit and cancellation terms
You pay $25 for the service, and $15 of it comes back as a credit toward one wig purchase within 30 days of the date your previews are emailed to you - so the service effectively costs $10 if you go on to buy a wig. Your delivery email will include the expiry date and instructions for using your credit.
The credit expires after 30 days, has no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Once your previews have been created, the service fee is non-refundable, including if you change your mind or decide not to purchase a wig. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us promptly. If we cannot create usable previews from your photo, we’ll request another photo or refund the service fee.
Your photo and privacy
Before uploading your selfie, we’ll identify the third-party AI editing service being used and ask for your permission. Your photo and previews will not be shared publicly or used in our marketing without separate permission.

Ces services sont installés professionnellement par Cass chez Wig Spa et ajoutés directement à votre unité avant la livraison.
Choisissez des améliorations telles que des cordons de serrage réglables pour un ajustement plus personnalisable ou des bandes de confort en silicone qui ajoutent une adhérence douce et créent une barrière douce entre la dentelle et votre cuir chevelu.
